Eycon Ltd are delighted to be entering the final phase of refurbishing old office facilities above retail space on Buchanan Street, Glasgow. In what has been the most challenging of jobs, the team have delivered an exceptional finish and brought empty/unusable living space back to life.
Works have included full strip out, complex structural alterations, sprinkler installations, smoke hatches/safety corridors, including new electrical and mechanical installations to all flats and communal areas. The bathrooms and tiling were supplied by Porcelanosa with hardwood flooring to all flats.
