Full refurbishment of an 80 bed and bedsit student accommodation in the west end of Glasgow.
We had to communicate very closely with our client on this project to collaborate due to the building being occupied by the students for the duration.
Each student had to be carefully moved around the building to temporary rooms to allow us to carry out works. Strict, health and safety, programming and delivery was essential to ensure a safe delivery with resounding feedback. The accommodation is now a first class, modern place for international students to reside while studying in Glasgow.
